sourcedpeople was founded after we experienced first-hand the challenges of building remote teams through traditional outsourcing models.
Like many Australian businesses, we saw the opportunity remote teams could create. But we also saw how difficult it was to find a solution built around transparency, long-term success, and genuine partnership.
Too often, the focus seemed to be on filling roles rather than building teams. Pricing wasn't always clear.
Recruitment decisions were often made by people with little understanding of the industries they were hiring for. And once a placement was made, ongoing support was often limited.
The more we learned, the more we felt there had to be a better way.
We believed businesses deserved a more transparent and reliable way to build remote teams. We also believed talented professionals deserved to be treated as people, not resources.
