HOW OUR SERVICES WORK
Building a successful remote team shouldn’t be complicated
Our process is designed to help Australian businesses build remote teams that integrate properly, perform well, and stay for the long term.
How it works
Step 1
Define the role
Every successful hire starts with understanding your business.
We work with you to define the role, responsibilities, required skills, reporting lines, and ways of working.
This helps ensure we recruit for the realities of the role, not just a job description.
Step 2
We recruit specifically for your business
We don't place from a bench of available staff and we don't recycle candidates between clients.
Every candidate is assessed for both technical capability and long-term fit, and we only put forward people we’d be happy to hire ourselves.
You meet a carefully selected shortlist rather than sorting through large volumes of applications.
Step 3
Select the right person
You make the final hiring decision.
We'll support the process, provide guidance where needed, and help ensure expectations are aligned from the outset.
Our goal is to help you find someone who can succeed in the role and become a valued member of your team.
Step 4
Onboard and integrate
A successful remote team member needs more than access to systems and processes.
They need clarity, structure, and support.
We help ensure onboarding is planned properly so your new team member can integrate smoothly into your business, workflows, and communication rhythms.
Step 5
Ongoing support
Unlike many outsourcing providers, our involvement doesn't end once someone starts.
We provide ongoing HR support to help maintain engagement, address issues early, and support long-term success for both the business and the team member.
Step 6
Build for the long term
Our model is designed around stability.
Dedicated team members, employment security, ongoing support, and strong integration help create the conditions for long-term performance and retention.
The result is a remote team that feels like part of your business rather than separate from it.
