Zarah drives the growth of sourced and build the systems, culture and ways of working that enable our high-performing remote teams to thrive.
With a background spanning operations, people and culture, business transformation and strategy, Zarah has worked with growing businesses across professional services, digital marketing and emerging technology. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people can do their best work, while building the practical foundations that help businesses scale sustainably.

Gloria oversees sourced’s core financial operations, bringing extensive experience across finance and accounting roles in industries including agriculture, business process outsourcing and startups. Working closely with the sourced executive team, external auditors, legal counsel and banking partners, Gloria supports the financial foundations of our growing business with a focus on accuracy, integrity and sound financial management.

Mia joined sourced as one of our earliest team members, helping the business grow from a team of four to more than 70 staff. With a background in Fine Arts and Design and a career that took her into HR and recruitment, Mia brings a people-focused approach to supporting our growing team. Today, she focuses on helping us develop our people, strengthen our culture and create an environment where our team can thrive as the business continues to grow.
